Job Description - SuccessFactors Consultant - Talent Modules - 6 Months contract

Müller's Solutions is looking for a skilled SuccessFactors Consultant with expertise in the Talent Module, including Recruitment Marketing (RMK), Learning Management System (LMS), and Performance & Goals Management (PMGM), to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing the talent management solutions for our diverse clientele.

As a SuccessFactors Consultant focusing on the Talent Module, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their talent management needs, customize solutions, and drive user adoption, ensuring that they can effectively harness the full capabilities of the SuccessFactors platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to gather requirements and analyze their talent management processes across RMK, LMS, PMGM, and related modules.
  • Implement and configure SuccessFactors talent management solutions tailored to client specifications and industry standards.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for recruitment marketing, learning management, and performance & goals strategies.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the Talent Module by end-users.
  • Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance to maintain system integrity and performance.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, updates, and changes in talent management practices.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SuccessFactors modules and third-party applications.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in implementing SuccessFactors modules with a focus on Talent Management (RMK, LMS, PMGM).
  • In-depth knowledge of talent management processes and best practices.
  • Experience in configuring and optimizing Recruitment Marketing, Learning Management System, and Performance & Goals Management functionalities.
  • Proven ability to conduct effective training and change management for end-users.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement and collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Relevant SuccessFactors certifications in Talent Management modules are a plus.
