Superintendent

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Superintendent in Dubai, UAE. Our client is seeking skilled, motivated professionals capable of supervising site activities, coordinating teams, maintaining quality standards, and supporting the safe and timely completion of projects. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure activities progress according to project requirements.
  
• Coordinate subcontractors, supervisors, workers, equipment, and site resources.
  
• Monitor construction progress and identify potential schedule or execution issues.
  
• Enforce site safety procedures and applicable health and safety requirements.
  
• Inspect completed work to ensure required quality and workmanship standards.
  
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
  
• Maintain site records and provide regular progress and operational updates.
  
• Support resolution of technical and site-related issues to minimize project delays.
