Supervision Manager

As Supervision Manager at GCGRA, your primary responsibility is to deliver the day-to-day Supervision policies and procedures and support oversight of gaming operators and licensees to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintain the integrity of the gaming industry, and protect the interests of players.  

• Effectively monitor and evaluate licensees' compliance with regulatory requirements in line with the GCGRA Supervision framework and methodologies.


• Support management of the day-to-day engagements with the licensees, as needed, and including relevant administrative tasks.


• Provide accurate delivery of the supervision tasks and processes to ensure timely risk escalation.


• Support the delivery of regular inspections and assessments of gaming establishments to assess their adherence to regulatory requirements.


• Ensure adherence to established monitoring systems and processes to track the activities of gaming operators and licensees.  Identify areas of non-compliance and escalate risks in a timely manner, as required.


• Analyse data and key performance indicators to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risks to the integrity of the gaming industry.


• Prepare timely, accurate reports and documentation to communicate findings, observations, and recommendations to senior management.


• Collaborate with internal stakeholders.


• Provide input on regulatory requirements, standards, and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of the regulatory framework.  

• Experience in regulatory compliance, supervision, or related roles within the gaming industry or a regulatory agency.  


• University degree or professional certifications related to regulatory compliance or supervision is desired.


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
