Job Description - Supervisor (Fitout And FM)

Supervise daily site activities and workforce

Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines

Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and clients

Monitor quality, safety (HSE), and productivity

Report daily progress to management

Preparing daily/weekly reports

Maintaining maintenance logs and records

Enforcing safety standards and procedures

Conducting site inspections

Strong coordination and communication

Quick decision -making during breakdowns

Time and task management

Requirements

Problem -solving ability

Time management

Leadership and team handling

Communication skills

Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance

Managing daily facility operations

Handling AMC contracts and service schedules

Monitoring maintenance performance

Managing tenant/client complaints and requests

Ensuring service quality and satisfaction
