Supervisor - for Award winning Restaurant

Apt Resources is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join their client's team for an award-winning Restaurant. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses
• Train new staff members on restaurant procedures, menu items, and customer service
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food quality and sanitation standards
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage expenses to meet budget goals
• Oversee dining room setup, cleanliness, and organization
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to enhance the dining experience and increase customer satisfaction

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in a restaurant setting
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and high standards for food quality and service
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software

AED 4000 - 4700 basic salary range depending on the experience. Plus 400 Food allowance + 250 to 450 (Service charge Avg) + 1200 Credit card tips + cash tips + free Accommodation + Transport + uniforms + Health insurance + air ticket ( once every two years) + Paid leave as per UAE laws
