Job Summary
Supervise daily Color Coating Line operations to meet production, quality, and safety targets.

Responsibilities

Achieve daily production targets
Monitor coating, oven, and inspection processes
Ensure quality (shade, DFT, adhesion)
Control downtime, scrap, and rework
Enforce safety and PPE compliance
Maintain production and quality records
Requirements
CCL process knowledge, minimum 5+ years' experience in relevant role.
Quality and safety awareness
Team handling skills
Basic reporting skills
