System Analyst (AML Domain)

We have an urgent requirement for System Analyst (AML Domain) in Banking   for one of our banking client in Abu Dhabi, UAE

Responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, performing data analysis and source-to-target mapping,  supporting solution design, validating ETL and AML data, coordinating testing and UAT activities, managing stakeholder and vendor interactions--Must

 Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and technical requirements.


• Perform data analysis and source-to-target mapping.


• Support solution design and validate ETL and AML data.


• Coordinate testing activities including SIT and UAT.


• Manage stakeholder and vendor interactions.


• Ensure defect management and data reconciliation.

Required Skills

• Requirements gathering and documentation.


• Strong SQL and database querying.


• ETL and data validation expertise.


• Stakeholder and vendor management.


• Testing and UAT coordination.


• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Required Experience / Knowledge

• AML domain knowledge.


• Hands-on experience with AML platforms.


• Strong understanding of SQL.


• Experience in SIT, UAT, defect management, and reconciliation.


• Analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to cloud-based AML solutions, APIs, and integration frameworks.


• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.


• Experience with JIRA and project management practices.
