Salary: AED 8,000 - 10,000 per month

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Systems & Marine Test Engineer - Hull responsible for integration, structural testing, and field validation of hull systems for our autonomous Unmanned Surface Vehicles from fabrication to open-water trials.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Perform integration of hull structures with mechanical, electrical, propulsion and autonomy systems

- Conduct hull structural testing, watertight integrity and leak testing

- Handle dockside setup, hull inspection and pre-launch checks

- Lead and execute open-water sea trials focusing on hull performance, stability and sea-keeping

- Perform buoyancy, stability and load testing of hull

- Document hull test results, defects, and failure analysis

- Troubleshoot hull-related mechanical and electrical issues

- Coordinate with hull fabrication and design teams for improvements

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Proven experience in Marine field testing and hull testing

- Strong knowledge of hull structures, composites and marine fabrication

- Expertise in hardware troubleshooting and electrical/mechanical diagnostics

- Basic boat handling and sea trial experience

- Understanding of hydrodynamics and hull performance parameters

REQUIREMENTS:

- 5+ years in System Integration / Marine Testing / Hull Testing / Field Trials

- Experience with USV, boats or small marine vessels is highly preferred

- Willingness for extensive field work and sea trials

- UAE boating license is a plus
