Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading Tier 1 contracting company in the UAE to recruit an experienced T & C Manager for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in testing & commissioning activities for large-scale high-rise developments and the ability to manage project execution, coordination, compliance, and handover activities effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all Testing & Commissioning (T&C) activities for high-rise building projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and MEP teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and review T&C plans, procedures, schedules, and documentation.
- Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and authority requirements.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and final commissioning activities before project handover.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and coordination gaps during commissioning stages.
- Review AutoCAD drawings and technical documents related to project execution and commissioning.
- Maintain proper documentation, reports, and handover records.
- Support project teams in achieving successful project completion within deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs Degree / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in contracting companies.
- Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects.
- Strong understanding of testing & commissioning processes for large-scale construction projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
- Strong coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under tight deadlines.
