Job Description - Tagalog speaking Office Administrator with CRM, Canva, and AI Knowledge

Apt Resources is seeking a skilled and innovative Administrator with proficiency in CRM systems, Canva, and artificial intelligence technologies to join our client's dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the administrative functions of the organization while leveraging your technical skills to enhance operational efficiency and improve user experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with teams to optimize CRM functionalities to improve workflows and user engagement.
  • Create visually appealing presentations, infographics, and marketing materials using Canva.
  • Assist in developing AI-driven solutions to support various administrative tasks and reporting functions.
  • Support the organization of events, meetings, and training sessions, including logistics coordination.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and filing.
  • Interact with clients and stakeholders to provide exceptional service and support.
  • Analyze administrative processes and suggest improvements for enhanced efficiency.
  • Provide support in project management and tracking progress using CRM tools.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, with background in CRM systems, and Canva Designs.
  • Familiarity with Canva for creating visual content and marketing materials.
  • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence applications in administrative tasks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Must be currently residing in the UAE and able to join immediately.

Salary is as per the market demand.
