Talent Acquisition Officer

Urgent requirement for Talent Acquisition Officer in banking domain  is required for our banking client in Sharjah ,UAE

1. Job PurposeTo support the bank’s hiring requirements by managing the full recruitment lifecycle. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates to ensure the timely and efficient acquisition of skilled and qualified talent.
3. Duties and Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments.


• Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and timelines.


• Job postings: Draft, review, and post job descriptions on internal and external platforms.


• Candidate sourcing: Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and universities.


• Screening & interviews: Review resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.


• Candidate communication: Provide timely updates and feedback throughout the hiring process.


• Recruitment analytics: Maintain applicant tracking system records and prepare dashboards/reports.


• Employer branding: Support branding efforts via social media campaigns, job fairs, and career events.


• Onboarding support: Coordinate pre-employment formalities and ensure smooth transitions for new hires.


• Compliance: Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and labor laws.


• Process improvement: Continuously enhance recruitment processes and candidate experience.


• Internship management: Handle internship applications and related recruitment activities.
