Due to the company's project development, we are seeking Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Farcana is a free-to-play 3rd-person PC arena shooter built on Unreal Engine 5 & powered by a Web3 economy, coming to PC.
Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist
• Experience in IT, Gamedev, Fintech, Web3 or AI hiring,
• Solid knowledge of Boolean / X-Ray search and filters
• Experience with different recruitment ATS
• Ability to create or improve recruitment pipelines
• Experience in international recruitment in different time zones
• Experience in hiring and onboarding a distributed remote team
• English B2+

Nice to have:

• Experience in Web3 hiring
• Experience in PC Gamedev 

Responsibilities:

• Handle the entire recruitment process from gathering requirements for the new vacancy and job posting to candidate onboarding
• Maintaining a recruitment pipeline using HR CRM People Force
• International hiring in English worldwide for Product Development, Marketing, Back office, Business Development teams
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Utilize various sourcing methods including cold search, job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals to find top talent
• Engage with passive candidates through headhunting and networking efforts
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of each role, including technical and soft skills needed
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
• Administer and evaluate technical assessments and other relevant tests
• Provide timely updates and constructive feedback to candidates
• Help promote the company's brand as an employer of choice within the gamedev and Web3 communities
• Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and provide insights to improve efficiency
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition within the gamedev, web3 and fintech industries
• Suggest and implement improvements to the recruitment process, including the use of new tools and technologies
