Our Client is looking for a versatile recruiter with a track record of delivering solid talent for complex requirements. You will be working across the entire recruitment lifecycle, taking briefs from senior management and leadership, translating them into actionable job descriptions and running the entire search and selection process. You will be confident in advising on the availability of talent in the local and international markets and delivering regular updates on the sourcing process to all relevant stakeholders. You will be working in close proximity to the business to help strategically grow different departments to meet our evolving needs and objectives. Playing a key role in building a talented and winning team. As a technology centric business you will bring prior experience successfully recruiting profiles from the digital/online/tech space but have the versatility and eagerness to learn a new field when required (such as finance, marketing, customer service etc.

Responsibilities:

• Perform the entire recruitment process including hiring requisition approval, hiring manager briefing, job posting, candidate sourcing, application review, candidate screening, interview strategy, and offer process for all tech and wider business roles
• Be a strategic talent partner to your respective business line(s) – consult, advise, guide toward the best solution, balancing business requirements with market conditions
• Plan and participate in strategic planning meetings with functional/recruitment leadership and key business partners of all levels to understand current and upcoming requirements in order to build a strategy for effective long term talent acquisition

Requirements:

• 3+ years recruitment experience (either in-house or agency)
• Experience recruiting technical talent within the Digital/Fintech/Online industry, from across the EMEA Region with a working knowledge of Africa, European and UK markets
• Experience working with an ATS (we use Greenhouse/workable)
• Experienced with resume databases and internet sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Gulf Talent etc.)
• Comfortable with stakeholder management in a fast paced environment
• Intuitive understanding of how to approach, attract and engage great talent
