Your main mission will be to attract highly skilled candidates within the digital and tech space, support each stage of our talents’ career journey and implement processes to achieve our business goals. Serving as a member of the sales team, the main purpose of the role of Talent Acquisition Consultant is to source and select potential candidates for job requirements provided by Halian’s sales team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in talent acquisition
• Experience working in talent acquisition or resourcing capacity in a technical industry sector would be advantageous.
• A good understanding of how Boolean searches are conducted.
• Experience interviewing candidates over telephone, video call or in-person.
• A strong negotiator, particularly when it comes to discussing financials.
