Talent & Campaign Manager - UAEN

The Talent & Campaign Manager plays a critical executive role in the successful delivery of content creator

and influencer campaigns. Working closely with the Content and Business Development (BD) teams—who

lead overall strategy and proposal development—the Talent & Campaign Manager ensures seamless

execution of campaigns, serving as the key link between creators, clients, and internal teams.

This role focuses on hands-on project coordination, creator relationship management, budget negotiation, and

end-to-end campaign delivery—from campaign kickoff through to content handover, reporting, client

satisfaction, and creator payment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERABLES

1. Campaign Execution & Logistics

Campaign Management: Oversee and execute campaigns post-strategy and proposal approval, ensuring

alignment with pre-approved campaign plans.

Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate deliverables seamlessly between clients, content creators, and

internal cross-functional teams.

Briefing & Compliance: Brief creators thoroughly on brand tone, key messaging, specific deliverables,

timelines, usage rights, and required content formats. Educate creators on process expectations, platform

standards, and client goals.

Milestone Tracking: Monitor campaign milestones and timelines to ensure timely and high-quality

execution.

Client Handover & Approvals: Ensure all deliverables are reviewed and approved by the client on time

and according to initial scope. Handle revisions, re-shoots, or compliance feedback professionally and

efficiently.

On-Ground Support: Provide physical on-ground or live support during shoots, events, or brand

activations when required.

2. Financial, Legal & Administrative Operations

Creator Negotiations: Negotiate fees, scope of deliverables, and usage terms with creators in strict

alignment with the approved campaign budget.

Financial Documentation: Ensure all negotiations are documented transparently and finalized within

financial parameters set by the BD team.

Contract & Invoice Management: Manage creator contracts, invoices, and related administrative

documentation in close coordination with Finance and Legal teams.

Payment Facilitation: Act as the primary operational liaison to guarantee smooth and timely payment

processes post-campaign.

3. Talent Relations & Database Management

Relationship Building: Build and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with content creators and

influencers. Support creators throughout their journey—from briefing and shooting to revisions and

feedback.

Database Maintenance: Maintain an updated creator database, tracking performance metrics, fee

structures, creator preferences, and past collaboration records.

Experience: Proven experience in talent management, influencer marketing, agency campaign execution,

or creator ops.

Negotiation & Budgeting: Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating rates, scope, and

licensing terms within defined budgets.

Communication: Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills to interact professionally

with talent, corporate clients, and internal teams.

Organization: Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple creator

workflows, contracts, and timelines concurrently.

Problem Solving: High composure and adaptability in managing shoot logistics, fast turnaround

revisions, and client feedback.

Location Availability: Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE for full-time on-ground and office

availability.
