• Certified in PMGM .
• Certified in Succession & Development Planning .
• Demonstrated ability to configure PM end to end cycles, PM route maps, PM forms, goal plan and calibration sessions.
• Demonstrated ability to configure Succession & Development Planning.
• Strong expertise in Integration between PM & Succession planning.
