• Greet and welcome passengers in afriendly and professional manner
• Assistpassengers with loading and unloading their luggage orbelongings
• Follow designated routes andschedules to ensure on-time pick up and drop off ofpassengers
• Maintain a clean and well-maintainedvehicle at all times
• Adhere to all trafficrules and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and othervehicles on the road
• Handle cash and creditcard transactions accurately andefficiently
• Communicate with dispatchers andupdate them on any delays, route changes, or otherissues
• Provide excellent customer service byassisting passengers with any inquiries, complaints, or specialrequests
• Monitor traffic and weather conditionsand adjust routes as needed to avoid delays
  

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with aclean driving record
• Excellent knowledge oflocal roads, landmarks, and trafficpatterns
• Familiarity with GPS devices andnavigation apps
• Excellent communication andcustomer service skills
