Team Leader - Sales

• Accountable for a team of SalesAssociates.
• Set individual and teamgoals.
• Proactively assess and manageperformance against expectations.
• Ensurebusiness opportunities are maximized through efficient sales floormanagement, being a visible presence and support for all teammembers.
• Support the Sales Manager to realizediagnosis based on a solid performance analysis, review ofcompetencies and environment by defining dynamic action plans toachieve Maison, boutique and category salestargets.

FLOORSUPERVISION

• Overseedaily operations when on duty and ensure the respect of allMaison’s policies, procedures andguidelines.
• Responsible for clients flows whenon duty ensuring client experience, waiting time and satisfactionare as per Maison’sstandards.
• Responsible of all staff flows whenon duty.
• Act as a role model demonstratingsales leadership supporting clients’ interactions whenrequired and assisting Sales Associates on duty whennecessary.
• Contribute, along with all TeamLeaders, to a maximum of shift coverage including morning, evening& week-end shifts.
