Tech Lead -(Java Full Stack with react)

We have an urgent requirement for Tech Lead  -(Java Full Stack with react) to design enterprise scale application  in banking domain  is required for our banking client in Abu Dhabi UAE

Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale applications & Hands-on experience leading development teams
Tech Stack : Java, full-stack development, and React
Banking Domain --Must
Key Responsibilities• Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale applications.• Provide technical leadership and manage the development team.• Own solution design, conduct code reviews, and mentor team members.• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.• Drive problem resolution and ensure high-quality delivery.
Required Skills & Experience• Strong expertise in Java and full-stack development.• Enterprise-scale application design and delivery.• Strong leadership and team management.• Solution design, code reviews, mentoring, and stakeholder management.• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications• 10+ years of software engineering experience.• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale applications.• Hands-on experience leading technical teams and engaging stakeholders.Key Deliverables• Scalable enterprise application designs and technical solutions.• High-quality code through reviews, standards, and engineering governance.• Effective team mentoring, delivery leadership, and stakeholder alignment.
