Job Description - Tech Sales Executive Parking Management GuidanceSystems

We are seeking an ambitious andskilled Tech Sales Executive/Manager to expand our ParkingManagement Solutions
division.This role is central to driving sales growth in areas includingParking Management Systems Parking Guidance Systems Gate BarriersUnattended Payment Kiosks and related products. The ideal candidatewill be performancedriven detailoriented and adept at meeting andsurpassing salestargets.

KeyResponsibilities:

Salesand BusinessDevelopment:
  • Drivesales of Parking Management Solutions including Parking GuidanceSystems Gate Barriers and Unattended PaymentKiosks.
  • Consistentlyachieve and exceed monthly and annual salestargets.
  • Developand execute effective sales strategies tailored to themarket
    and clientneeds.
Clientand ConsultantEngagement:

  • Forgeand maintain strong relationships with clients andconsultants.
  • Secureconsultant approvals and manage consultantmeetings
    effectively.
  • Providedetailed and accurate product presentations andproposals.
Attentionto Detail and ProductExpertise:

  • Ensurehigh accuracy in all salesrelated documents andpresentations.
  • Maintainuptodate knowledge of Parking Management productsand
    industrytrends.
  • Provideclients with comprehensive product knowledge andtailored
    solutions.
MarketAnalysis andReporting:

  • Keepabreast of market trends competitor activities and potentialfor
    new products andservices.
  • Provideregular sales forecasts and market analysisreports.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Marketing or relatedfield.
  • Provenexperience as a Sales Executive with a strong record in achievingsalestargets.
  • Indepthknowledge of Parking Management Solutions including ParkingGuidance Systems Gate Barriers and UnattendedPayment
  • Kiosks.
  • Proficiencyin CRM software and MSOffice.
  • Excellentnegotiation communication and presentationskills.
  • Stronganalytical and problemsolvingabilities.
  • Detailorientedwith a focus on quality andaccuracy.
