Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Technical Coordinator at Sobha Realty in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Technical Coordinator, you will be responsible ·

Responsible for providing the daily updates on design related issues to all the stakeholders

Planning Meetings for sorting out all the critical issues related to the project with all the stakeholders

Responsible for coordinating with other departments to ensure that projects meet deadlines

Updating launch programs and sorting all the critical design aspect of the project in coordination with consultant team

Liaising with senior management and coordinating all the design issues related to the project

Monthly checking of Invoice related to concept design, preliminary design, IFC issuance and As Built

Handling inquiries related to the technical process and design development

Liaising with authority team for design aspect for efficient project submissions related to launch project

Ensuring smooth flow run for projects by sorting all the technical issues in coordination with Consultant and Site team

Recommending simple process of handling design related tasks and to ensure the technical staff and consultant follows the same

Providing clarification for design issues to the contractor technical staff and respond to the queries, RFI and other submittals raised by the contractor without affecting the duration of the project

Assisting Team staff to create and share plans, schedules and timeline for issuance to contractor.

Qualification:

• B Arch. experience in high rise buildings, villas, facade systems.
