Job Description - Technical Engineer - MEP (Urgent Hiring)

Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading Tier 1 contracting company in the UAE to recruit a skilled Technical Engineer â MEP for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will support technical coordination, drawing reviews, project execution, and MEP engineering activities across large-scale developments

Responsibilities:

- Support technical MEP activities for high-rise building projects.

- Review MEP drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.

- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.

- Assist in resolving technical and engineering-related issues on-site.

- Prepare and review AutoCAD drawings and technical submissions.

- Ensure coordination between MEP, architectural, and structural disciplines.

- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with project standards and authority requirements.

- Assist in material approvals, technical documentation, and project reporting.

- Maintain proper records of technical documents, revisions, and coordination activities.

Requirements

- Bachelorâs Degree / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.

- 3â10 years of experience in contracting companies.

- Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.

- Strong understanding of MEP systems and technical coordination.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
