Technical Manager - Aluminum Systems Fabrication

• Lead and manage the pre -sales technical team, technical coordinators, and design engineers across multiple projects
  
• Drive the development of CNC -based solutions for metal fabrication, aluminum system processing, and automotive production lines
  
• Engage directly with customers to understand production requirements, cycle times, material specifications, and automation needs
  
• Define and optimize full production line layouts, including cutting, forming, machining, welding, and finishing processes
  
• Translate customer requirements into technically feasible, efficient, and scalable solutions
  
• Lead technical negotiations with customers, ensuring alignment on specifications, performance, and commercial expectations
  
• Coordinate with international suppliers to evaluate and select the most suitable machines and technologies
  
• Negotiate technical configurations, customization scope, delivery timelines, and performance criteria with suppliers
  
• Review and approve engineering designs, layout drawings, and machine integration plans
  
• Ensure compatibility and seamless integration of CNC machines within automated production lines, including robotics and material handling systems
  
• Drive cost optimization through value engineering, standardization, and efficient system design
  
• Support the sales team with technical presentations, proposals, and solution justifications
  
• Oversee the preparation of accurate and competitive technical proposals and documentation
  
• Provide technical support during project execution, installation, and commissioning phases when required
  
• Establish best practices, technical standards, and continuous improvement initiatives within the department
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial
  Engineering
  
• 5–10+ years of experience in CNC machinery, metal/aluminum
  systems fabrication, or automotive manufacturing
  
• Good command of the Chinese language
  
• Ability to work in a fast -paced and deadline -driven
  environment
