Job Description - Technical Manager - Construction Chemicals

Provide technical leadership and guidance to the product development and technical support teams.
Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes relevant to construction chemicals.
Lead and manage the product development process, from ideation to commercialization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new and innovative construction chemical products.
Provides technical support and demo to internal and external clients.
Conduct on-site visits to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure proper product application.
Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure the highest product standards.
Work closely with R&D, QC & manufacturing teams to optimize processes and enhance product quality.
Develop and deliver training programs for internal teams and external partners on the proper use and application of construction chemical products.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop technical documentation, marketing collateral, and other materials.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and industry experts.
