Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading Tier 1 contracting company in the UAE to recruit an experienced Technical Manager â MEP for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing MEP technical coordination, BIM integration, design review, and project execution support across large-scale high-rise developments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all technical MEP activities for high-rise building projects.
- Review MEP drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation to ensure compliance with project and authority standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, design teams, subcontractors, and site execution teams for smooth project delivery.
- Oversee BIM coordination between MEP, architectural, and structural disciplines.
- Manage and review Revit models, BIM deliverables, and AutoCAD drawings.
- Resolve technical and engineering issues related to MEP systems during project execution.
- Ensure proper coordination of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems.
- Support project planning, technical submissions, material approvals, and value engineering initiatives.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of technical deliverables.
- Maintain technical documentation, reports, and coordination records throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs Degree / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in contracting companies.
- Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects.
- Strong expertise in BIM Modeling and Revit.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and technical coordination processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple technical priorities and project deadlines effectively.
