Job title:
In this role you report to International Professional Services Leader. You are responsible for providing consultancy and project management services in the Middle-East and Africa region. The position will also provide occasional services for targeted customers throughout the rest of the world. Your role:

• Provide implementation services to new and existing customers.
• Manage implementation projects in the Middle-East.
• Provide technical sales support for Capsule’s products to potential or existing customers through demonstration either onsite, at trade shows or via Webinar.
• Work with prospects and customers to guide them in the selection and scaling of Capsule solution which best suits their specific technical and infrastructure requirements (Qualification, Technical Workflow Requirements, Device Inventory, Test Labs, HIS Integration proof-of-concept, scope, Services, etc.)
• Perform feasibility study and solution designs when required.
• Participate into the selection of implementation subcontractors or partners, and provide all necessary support and guidance to their resources during projects to ensure a successful implementation delivery.
• Provide a monthly forecast of revenues for the region.
• Execute onsite configuration/setup.
• Provide onsite end user training.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and manage expectations with clear and frequent communication.
• Works collaboratively with Sales, Project Management and Support groups.
• Create and present professional demonstrations utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Escalate issues to Engineering and Support Management as appropriate.
• Collaborate on technical content for sales proposals.
• Occasionally facilitate communication for technical support services for Middle-East customers.

You're the right fit if you are

• Fluency is required in English and Arabic (must have).
• Technical Master Degree or equivalent experience
• Solid experience working in the Middle-East (5+ years)
• Solid experience managing application or integration projects and/or implementations -5+ years) Healthcare and analysis experience required working with Clinical Information Systems.
• Excellent mapping and documentation of customer processes and workflows.

• Good knowledge of network topologies and infrastructures.
• Knowledge of HL7 and interface engines.
• Technical troubleshooting.
• Experience working in a hospital environment would be a strong advantage,
• Resource management experience
• Basic knowledge of MS SQL Server
• Some experience working with bio-medical devices would be positive+.
• The job requires business travel of 50-70%. The position also requires attendance at customer events and trade shows and high degree of flexibility with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills are necessary to successfully present the Philips message to individuals and groups in a professional manner.
