Technical Superintendent for Project(Workshop)

To oversee maintenance and technical operations of marine and earthmoving equipment. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, and monitoring of preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities include workshop management, maintenance scheduling, troubleshooting mechanical and hydraulic systems, and ensuring equipment reliability and operational efficiency. The role also involves preparing maintenance reports, coordinating with site teams, monitoring spare parts usage, and ensuring compliance with safety and maintenance standards.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in heavy equipment maintenance, marine machinery, and workshop supervision. Good knowledge of hydraulics, diesel engines, mechanical systems, and preventive maintenance planning is essential.

Candidates with strong leadership, reporting, and problem-solving skills will be preferred.

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.

10 years relevant experience (Preferably with Heavy equipment's in Dredging Industry).
