Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Telesales Consultant to join a growing investment sales team in Dubai. The successful candidate will focus on acquiring new investors through structured outbound sales activity, converting qualified leads into first-time clients while building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to warm and cold leads.
• Qualify prospective investors based on investment objectives, liquidity and suitability.
• Present investment opportunities in physical gold and silver as portfolio diversification solutions.
• Confidently handle objections relating to pricing, storage, investment risk and market conditions.
• Convert qualified prospects into first-time investors.
• Coordinate smooth client handover to Portfolio Managers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records including notes, pipeline stages and follow-up activities.
• Achieve monthly activity, conversion and revenue targets.

• 1–3 years of outbound telesales experience.

• Experience selling financial services, investments, insurance, wealth products or other high-value consultative products.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Arabic language skills are highly preferred.
• Strong objection handling and consultative selling abilities.
• Demonstrated success against sales KPIs and conversion targets.
• UAE based or willing to relocate.

• Base Salary: AED 6,000 per month

• Commission: 1% (performance-based)
