Teller - UAEN only ( Bur Dubai )

Emirates Islamic is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Teller to deliver efficient branch banking services. This role is responsible for processing customer transactions accurately, supporting daily banking operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and providing a professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
•    Process cash deposits, withdrawals, transfers, cheque transactions, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
•    Deliver professional customer service by responding to queries and resolving routine issues in a timely manner.
•    Promote and refer suitable banking products and services based on customer needs.
•    Reconcile cash balances and maintain complete and accurate transaction records.
•    Ensure adherence to bank policies, operational controls, AML, and KYC requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
•    High School or Secondary School qualification.
•    1–2 years of experience in banking, customer service, or cash-handling roles.
•    Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
•    UAE Nationals are preferred for this opportunity.
