Job Description - Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join Inetum ME, focusing on driving sales and growth in the field of data enablement and digital transformation. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting and selling our comprehensive suite of solutions, including data warehousing, analytics, generative AI, digital channels, business process management, and more.

This role holds a foundational significance within our organization, serving as a cornerstone in our strategic framework. As a key contributor to our success, you will play a vital role in steering our initiative towards excellence. Reporting directly to the Regional Market Director, you will be entrusted with substantial responsibilities that directly impact on our organizational trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Analysis:
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Analyse competitor activities and market dynamics to develop effective sales strategies.
  1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to align strategies with organizational goals.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Understand clients' business needs and challenges to propose tailored data solutions and digital enablement strategies.
  1. Product Knowledge:
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in data and digital solutions.
  • Effectively communicate our evolving value proposition to key accounts.
  1. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of the company's offerings.
  • Address client concerns and objections, providing clear and concise solutions.
  1. Sales Negotiation and Closing:
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Close sales deals and achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  1. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
  • Work closely with marketing, technology partners, and customer support teams to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction.
  1. Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information technology, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on data solutions and digital enablement.
  • Well-established network across public sector
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, business intelligence, and digital transformation trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
