As the Operations Manager, you will report to the Market Leader in your country and will be responsible for the seamless execution of Sales and Delivery Operations in your country. You will be responsible for developing, leading and driving critical business operations in a high growth and fast paced environment, taking on complex business challenges and setting targets that align with the strategic vision for Tesla.

Responsibilities:
a- Define the optimal operational strategy that will enable growth in your market, in partnership with your Market Leader
b- Manage the overall business plan by working with other departments. Facilitate team and partner meetings regularly and effectively.
c- Analyze, develop, and improve processes related to logistics, vehicle registration, fleet management, finance/collections, vehicle delivery, and all other required documentation and operational processes in your market
