Testing and Commissioning Engineer

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Testing and Commissioning Engineer in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is a reputed organization in the Electromechanical / Electrical Contracting sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Perform testing and commissioning of electrical and electromechanical systems.
  
• Verify installations against project specifications and approved drawings.
  
• Conduct functional and performance testing of electrical equipment.
  
• Diagnose and resolve commissioning issues efficiently.
  
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and site teams.
  
• Prepare commissioning reports and technical documentation.
  
• Ensure compliance with project quality and safety standards.
  
• Support project handover and client acceptance activities.
  

Required Skills

• Testing & Commissioning – Hands-on experience with electrical systems.
  
• Electrical Troubleshooting – Identify and rectify faults efficiently.
  
• MEP Knowledge – Understanding of electromechanical installations.
  
• Technical Documentation – Preparation of commissioning reports.
  
• Safety Standards – Knowledge of electrical safety regulations and QA/QC procedures.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MV/LV electrical systems.
  
• Familiarity with international commissioning standards.
  
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
  

Work Experience Requirements

Work experience is not specified in the posting. Typical: 3–7 years of experience in testing and commissioning within electrical or MEP contracting projects, preferably handling commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.

Education

• Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Typical)
