Support the execution of tourism board and airport partner marketing campaigns across global markets. Manage timelines, approvals, and deliverables for partner-funded initiatives. Assist in preparing funding proposals, campaign presentations, and post-campaign reports. Support the collection and analysis of campaign performance data and KPIs. Manage partnership documentation, contracts, and invoicing processes. Coordinate internal and external stakeholder alignment calls. Support partner events, trade activations, and campaign launches when required. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or a related field. Minimum 4 years' experience in marketing partnerships, destination marketing, or tourism industry roles. Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across regions and time zones. Experience in airline, tourism board, or travel marketing partnerships preferred.
