Trade Marketing Executive – Future Opportunities

We are building a pipeline of talented Trade Marketing Executives for future opportunities across our beauty portfolio in the Middle East.

In this role, you would turn brand priorities into retailer plans that come to life in stores and online. Working with Sales, Marketing, E-commerce and Visual Merchandising teams, you would coordinate launches, promotions and events, then use performance data and store feedback to improve future activations.

What you would do:

• Build trade marketing calendars by retailer and channel, translating brand plans into in-store and online activations.
• Plan and coordinate product launches, promotions and events across priority retailers.
• Partner with Key Account Managers and e-commerce teams on retailer plans and presentations.
• Work with Visual Merchandising and Store Design on launch materials, planograms, testers, point-of-sale materials and new door openings.
• Visit stores to review execution, understand retailer needs and monitor competitor activity.
• Analyse campaign performance and trade spend, sharing recommendations with brand and commercial teams.
• Manage forecasts, orders and budgets for gifts with purchase, displays and other trade materials.

Qualifications

What you would bring

• A degree in Marketing or a related field, with 3+ years of marketing or trade marketing experience in beauty, retail, luxury goods or FMCG.
• A strong understanding of retail execution and how to turn a brand plan into a practical trade calendar.
• Confidence working with sales data, campaign results, budgets and Excel.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several priorities at once.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with retailers and internal teams.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• A proactive mindset and the drive to follow through and improve results.
