Job Description Our Client leading retail company in Dubai are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to join thier team. Reporting to the GM the job purpose will be to develop andimplement an effective Marketing and to ensure customer marketing plans arefully integrated with the brand marketing plan. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Description 1. To increase market share by brand building and awareness in order to support achieving company objectives. 2. Execute, control and manage consumer Promotions in order to achieve marketing objectives. 3.Development and implementation of POS for NPD’s and for other opportunities as per trade requirement, in store animation implementation for NPD’s with sales team Coordination. 4.Development of a trade promotional plan with key customers and channels, that the Key Accounts Calendar is followed and creates new promo to increase sales. 5. Working closely with key customers to provide category and shopper insights to drive performance. 6. Manage and evaluate trade promotion levels to achieve maximum return of investments. 7. Generate brand awareness with in store animation activities to be dominant against competitor. 8. Monitoring competitor’s activity to plan response action plan.
