Job Description - Trainee Process Operator (Air Chiller)

BG Global Recruitment is hiring for a leading Food Manufacturing company. We are looking for a Trainee Process Operator (Air Chiller) for operating and maintaining cooling and freezing equipment, including refrigerators, batch freezers, and freezing tunnels.

Responsibilities:

- To operate complex equipment's and production lines and prepare complex products. Should be able to read and understand safety, quality and operational procedures. Should be able to read and understand complex equipment's manuals.

- Perform regular machine conditions checks

- Perform preventive maintenance tasks as per standard PM checklists

- Prepare materials and assemble equipment's before starting up the line

- Monitor the performance of production equipment's and adjust parameters as per the standards procedures

- Participate in minor maintenance tasks during troubleshooting and mechanical repair activities

- Escalate any process none conformance, safety, food safety or quality issues to leader, maintenance team or supervisor

- Assist the production supervisor in achieving scheduling requirements

- Fill and interpret control charts

- Fill control charts for productivity system

- Material ordering

- Prevents loss of products and process waste

- Minimize the scrap and rework generation

Requirements

- Minimum 7 years of production experience in the Meat & Poultry Processing Industry.

- At least 5 years as an Operator/Technician in multinational companies

- Diploma or High School qualification.

- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
