Duties & Responsibilities:
Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of contact center agents.
Develop training materials and update existing programs to ensure they reflect current practices and procedures.
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to improve agent performance and customer satisfaction.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
Collaborate with management to identify training needs and implement solutions.
Provide ongoing coaching and support to contact center agents.
Maintain detailed records of training activities and progress.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a contact center environment is mandatory.
Language Skills: Must be an Arabic speaker with fluency in English.
Gender: Open to both males and females.
Location: Candidates must be currently located in the UAE.
Availability: Immediate joiners are preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to adapt training methods to suit various learning styles.
Proficiency in training software and tools.
Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and effectiveness.
