The Training Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring high standards of service delivery, customer care, and client satisfaction. They are responsible for training spa team members to provide top-quality therapy and service excellence. The role involves conducting engaging training sessions to empower and guide employees towards meeting business goals and ensuring a positive guest experience. Performance will be evaluated after 3 months.
**Responsibilities:**
· Assisting with staff recruitment and conducting trade tests and assessments and submit evaluation to HR Recruitment
· Provide new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
· Performing monthly training needs analyses for each brand (or as directed by executive management)
· Ensuring trainees attain competencies to deliver exemplary customer service, high quality treatments, and comprehensive product knowledge.
· Designing and delivering strategic training programs
· Implementing and scheduling training with external supplier experts when required.
· Developing and reviewing the training plan
· Ensure the training manual always correlates to the standard operating procedures.
· Ensuring procedures are consistent and adhered to
· Regularly evaluate feedback and provide technical guidance to Area Managers regarding guest complaints.
· Conduct service assessments as needed while offering performance enhancement recommendations.
· Ensuring product usage adherence to minimize waste.
· Ensuring employee adherence to uniform and grooming standards
· Promoting high performance and motivation
· Arranging branch quality audit checks on hygiene and cleanliness and providing reports to management
· Have a thorough knowledge of the products and services that the company provides.
**Administration and Reporting:**
- Update training materials, maintain reports, records, and training schedules.
- Communicate effectively with department head and trainers.
- Manage stock levels and materials for training purposes.
**Required Skills:**
- Clear communication, interpersonal skills, and team leadership abilities.
- Motivational, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, time management, and organization.
- Proactive, results-driven approach.
**Required Qualifications:**
- Internationally recognized beauty therapy and massage qualification (CIBTAC, ITEC, CIDESCO, or equivalent).
- 5 years of spa therapy experience with 2 years training experience.
- Additional skills in massage all types, facials, hand and feet therapy, waxing, brow, and lash services are advantageous.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
