Travel Consultant - Arabic speaker

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Travel Conslutant to manage end-to-end travel arrangements for our client in Dubai. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English, with strong experience in travel booking systems and a solid sales background.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transportation, and visas


• Use travel management software and booking platforms (GDS) to secure cost-effective itineraries


• Communicate with clients in Arabic and English to understand travel needs and provide tailored solutions


• Handle client inquiries, provide travel recommendations, and upsell services where appropriate


• Ensure compliance with company travel policies and client requirements


• Manage last-minute changes, cancellations, and urgent travel requests


• Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, and travel documentation


• Build strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and vendors


• Support sales efforts by promoting travel packages, upgrades, and additional services

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Travel Coordinator / Travel Consultant or similar role


• Fluency in Arabic and English (Mandatory)


• Strong knowledge of travel systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)


• Experience in travel sales and customer service


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills


• Ability to multitask and work under pressure


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel booking tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field


• Experience with corporate or high-volume travel environments


• Knowledge of visa processes and international travel regulations
