Travel Consultant - Global Visas

Key Responsibilities

• Client -Centric Service:
  
  Deliver personalized visa consulting services, managing the
  entire tourist visa application process, including electronic
  document collection, online application submissions, and
  follow -up with relevant embassies or consulates.
  
• Relationship Building:
  
  Establish and maintain long -term relationships with clients
  by offering ongoing support, updates, and expert advice on
  tourist visa -related matters.
  
• Communication & Client Education:
  
  Clearly and effectively communicate with clients, providing
  timely updates, educating them on the visa process, timelines,
  and requirements to ensure they are fully informed at every
  step.
  
• Sales Mindset:
  
  Approach each client interaction with a sales -driven mindset,
  focused on achieving sales targets while providing exceptional
  service and always keeping the best interest of the client at
  the forefront.
  
• Continuous Improvement:
  
  Proactively seek opportunities for continuous process
  improvement and stay informed of changes in visa regulations and
  procedures to keep services current and compliant.
  
• Leverage Technology:
  
  To streamline the visa application process, utilize digital
  tools for efficient document management, and stay updated with
  the latest tech advancements to enhance service delivery.
  

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast -paced, entrepreneurial

skills. Self -initiative, strong interpersonal communication skills,
a knack at embracing new technologies, and a strong work ethic are
essential to excel in this role.

Experience:

• Minimum of [2 years] experience in visa consulting or a related
  field in an operation &/or sales &/or customer service
  capacity, specifically in tourist visa processing.
  
• Competent with the array of Microsoft 365 Suite applications
  (Teams, Outlook, etc.).
