Tumoo7 Graduate Program 2025 (UAEN)

The Tumoo7 Graduate Program is specifically designed for bright minded and ambitious UAE National graduates. It’s a fast-paced and exciting program which will prepare you for a future management role with CBD. The program includes assignments, strategic presentations to our Executive Committee, exposure to leadership of the Bank and a combination of learning opportunities (on-the-job, rotations, digital, experiential and certifications).

Who do we want?

Recent graduates who are confident, tech savvy, team oriented and enjoy collaborating and building cooperative relationships, with a degree in any relevant business, computer science, economics or engineering degrees with a GPA of 2.8+.
