Upholstery Supervisor

Our client, a leading UAE-based group of companies specializing in premium automotive products and services, is seeking an experienced Upholstery Supervisor to lead their upholstery team in Dubai.

Role Overview:

As an Upholstery Supervisor, you will oversee the installation, repair, and customization of vehicle interiors, ensuring top-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. You will manage a team of technicians, coordinate tasks, and ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the upholstery team, ensuring efficient workflow and quality standards.
• Oversee tasks such as seat repairs, leather replacements, dashboard restoration, and headliner customization.
• Inspect and prepare vehicles for interior work.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet project deadlines and customer expectations.
• Train and guide team members to enhance skills and maintain high standards.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety and quality guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in automotive upholstery, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of materials, tools, and techniques used in automotive interiors.
• Ability to manage a team and coordinate multiple projects efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Only candidates currently located in the UAE will be considered.
