• Perform repairs in line with Manufacturer’s repair procedures to ensure high-quality outcomes
  
• Avoid unnecessary time wastage to enhance productivity
  
• Proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and manuals
  
• Attend training and self-study sessions to improve skills and product knowledge
  
• Report additional repair needs to supervisor for customer/insurance approval
  
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  

Requirements

• High School graduate or technical education in the automotive field
  
• 3–4 years of experience in automobile body painting
  
• Physically fit and hardworking
  
• Responsible and reliable
