Job Description - Vendor Operations and Strategy Manager
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
12 years of experience in the extended workforce, vendor management, or procurement industry.
Experience in devising and implementing strategies and business improvements.
Experience in a vendor management/service delivery leader role, managing operations across multiple suppliers and geographies in the technology space.
Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in vendor management, including driving vendor strategy, process improvement, sales support of key goals and metrics tracking, managing multiple global vendors in agreements and execution of extended workforce projects.
Ability to collaborate and develop partnerships effectively.
Ability to manage projects across multiple stakeholders and geographies.
Ability to grow in an ambiguous environment.
Excellent negotiation, story-telling, and communication skills, with the ability to influence executive C-Suite stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving and quantitative skills.
