Vice President Centralized Payments (UAEN Only)

We are hiring for a Vice President – Centralized Payments role with a leading bank in the UAE. This is a critical position responsible for managing group-level vendor payments and Accounts Payable (AP) operations across multiple entities and geographies.

The role requires a hands-on subject matter expert in payments and finance operations, with strong experience in Oracle Financials and Fixed Assets.

1. Manage end-to-end vendor payments / Accounts Payable operations across group entities
2. Ensure accuracy, controls, and compliance in all payment processes
3. Handle complex payment scenarios and strengthen internal controls
4. Oversee accounting entries across Oracle Financials (AP, GL, Fixed Assets)
5. Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple countries
6. Drive process improvements and automation
7. Lead and manage a team of ~15 members (including offshore support)

1. Emirati National (mandatory)
2. Strong experience in Accounts Payable / vendor payments / P2P
3. Hands-on expertise in Oracle Financials (Fusion preferred)
4. Experience with Fixed Assets module
5. Strong understanding of accounting principles and controls
6. Proven team management experience
7. Ability to be hands-on and detail-oriented
