Vice President - Wealth

JOB PURPOSE 

• Develop and execute wealth management strategies, with a focus on real estate investments.


• Identify growth opportunities through partnerships with financial institutions and tailored initiatives for private investors and HNW individuals.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute wealth management strategies aligned with the sales department's objectives.


• Ensure strategies meet the specific needs of high-net-worth clients.


• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and institutional investors interested in real estate investments.


• Act as a trusted advisor, offering tailored real estate wealth management solutions and investment guidance.


• Support team members in delivering personalized real estate wealth management solutions locally and globally.


• Collaborate with the team to enhance overall client satisfaction and business growth.


• Identify new segments and emerging financial markets to uncover potential business opportunities.


• Develop business opportunities, such as joint ventures (JV), build-to-suit (BTS), and land sales, catering to high-net-worth individuals.


• Manage client relationships to ensure successful transaction completions.


• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and initiatives within the real estate wealth management space to attract new clients and drive business growth.


• Support in creating customized presentation materials tailored to the needs of wealth clients.


• Develop dedicated customer journey processes to support B2B activations (e.g., wealth brokers


• Provide personalized financial advice, create and manage investment portfolios, and monitor real estate investments' performance.


• Promote the division, stay informed about industry trends, and ensure compliance with regulations

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

RELATED YEAR OF EXPERIENCE:

Min of 10+ years of  experience in wealth management function in a real

estate / developer firm preferred

YOE IN MANAGERIAL POSITION :

Min of 2+ years of managerial experience

FIELD OF EXPERIENCE:

Real estate, Banking, investment consultancy firm

TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

• Ability to liaise, influence and interact effectively with various internal


• divisions


• Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in real estate


• investment.


•  Demonstrated business development and revenue growth achievements


• in real estate wealth management.


• Strong communication and presentation skills


• Strong financial and analytical skills


• Knowledge of UAE Real estate market


• Knowledge of competitors products and USPs

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or Finance, MBA prefereed
