We are partnering with a well-established international school in Dubai seeking an exceptional Vice Principal to join their leadership team for the 2026/27 academic year.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of a growing school while leading teaching and learning, staff development, student achievement, and school improvement initiatives.

The Opportunity

As Vice Principal, you will work closely with the Principal and Senior Leadership Team to drive academic excellence and ensure the highest standards across all areas of school life.

You will be responsible for:

* Supporting the strategic leadership and operational management of the school

* Driving outstanding teaching, learning, and student outcomes

* Leading and developing teaching staff through coaching and performance management

* Promoting exceptional pastoral care and safeguarding standards

* Building strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community

* Supporting school improvement planning, inspections, and compliance requirements

* Contributing to the continued growth and success of the school

About You

We are looking for an inspirational and forward-thinking educational leader who can demonstrate:

* A recognised teaching qualification and relevant degree

* Significant senior leadership experience within a school setting

* Strong understanding of curriculum development and school improvement

* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* A collaborative and student-centred leadership approach

Experience within a British Curriculum school is highly desirable.

International or UAE experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

Package & Benefits

* AED 28,000 – 32,000 per month (all-inclusive package)
