Within the Export MarketingDirection you work remotly with the Travel Retail Marketing Managerfor orchestration and followup of Chanel F&B activities inTravel Retail. The global objective is to bring operational supportfor the House development in Middle Eastern Airports while ensuringlink and report to Parisian teams.
Yourmission will articulate around following activities: POS excellenceBrand Development & being an Internal Ambassador of TR.
POS EXCELLENCE
Merchandising :
- Aligned with the merchandising teamadapt global guidelines for local implementation.
- Ensure the local implementation of visuals andPLV in due time (coordination with internal and external partners).
- Organize & run field trainings to teamleaders. & BAs.
- Develop a strong andreliable subcontractor network to update visuals and trade actions.
- Collect PLV needs and animate forecastmeetings.
Maintenance :
- Collect maintenanceneeds (with the help of team leaders) and coordinate correctiveactions with the local design team.
- Reportregularly to your manager on fixings and status ofrepairs
BRAND DEVELOPMENT
Projects coordination:
- Aligned with the Marketing Managercreate and implement a development strategy with temporary andpermanent brand operations.
- Coordinate withParis and local team the implementation of new CHANEL point ofsales.
Consolidate constructivefeedbacks and implement short mid and longterm actions in acontinuous improvement mindset.
Trade actions:
- Support the Marketing Manager tocreate and develop 360 brand activations within airports
- Implement temporary brand operations toanimate product launches and top lines.
- Consolidate qualitative and quantitative brandoperationsfeedback.
CRM :
- Coordinated with theMarketing Manager develop a test and learn clienteling program withtop partners.
- Investigate on digital CRMopportunities within Travel Retail environment on the region anddevelop adapted onlineactions
INTERNAL AMBASSADOR
Local Market: Buildbridges and synergies with MiddleEast affiliate stimulating thedevelopment of common actions projects.
Travel Retail: Watch and analyze competition in MiddleEast in orderto strenghten our brand legacy in UAE MKT.
Graduate of abusiness school or university you justify a first experience as atrainee in Marketing. Commercial experience is also useful. Youhave qualities of analysis and synthesis you have a sense oflistening and observation anticipation and initiative. You haveexcellent interpersonal skills the ability to adapt and a greatability to federate. Fluency in English and French is essential.
