Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and group violin instruction tailored to students of varying ages and skill levels.
• Develop customized lesson plans that address individual student goals and learning styles.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement.
• Prepare students for recitals, examinations, and competitions, ensuring readiness and confidence.
• Maintain a positive, encouraging, and professional teaching environment.
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff to organize performances and academy events.
• Stay current with teaching methods and violin repertoire to continually enhance instructional quality.

• Proven experience as a violin instructor or performer with strong technical skills.
• Degree or certification in music, violin performance, music education, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and parents.
• Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans tailored to individual needs.
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.
• Familiarity with a range of musical styles and repertoires suitable for different levels.
• Flexibility to teach during after-school hours and weekends as needed.
