VIP Waiter / Waitress - Multiple Venues (Leading Hospitality Company)

This six-month seasonal position offers the chance to deliver world-class service in a fast-paced, luxury environment, with the potential to transition to a permanent role based on performance. Open to candidates both inside and outside the UAE, this role suits experienced professionals accustomed to high-volume, high-end operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised, attentive service to VIP guests in accordance with fine dining standards.
• Manage table sections and coordinate with the floor, bar, and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide recommendations on menu and beverage selections.
• Handle VIP reservations and special requests discreetly and efficiently.
• Uphold presentation, grooming, and guest engagement standards at all times.
• Support team members in maintaining consistency and service excellence during peak operations.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold brand reputation.

• 3–5 years’ experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality, including high-volume venues.

• Proven experience in guest-facing, VIP-level service.
• Fluent English required; additional European language advantageous.
• Strong communication, composure, and attention to detail.
• Polished and professional presentation.
• Confident handling of fast-paced, high-pressure service periods.

• AED 6,500/month (tax-free).

Additional Information

This is a six-month seasonal contract with the option to move into a permanent role based on performance. Multiple opportunities are available across the group’s fine dining and lifestyle venues.
